I've been subscribed for nearly a year and everything was smooth sailing until now. I still haven't gotten my delivery for November, and after trying to reach out multiple times, I got a notice saying they've charged me for December's shipment too. That's two payments down the drain with no package in sight! I've sent four emails since there's no phone number available. I even tried messaging them on Instagram and Facebook, but they just ignore me. It can't just be a delivery hiccup since both orders are marked as 'unfulfilled.' I guess this means they're out of stock, yet they’re still quick to take folks' money without giving any heads up about the situation...

Up to now, I’m quite pleased. I’ve experimented with several collagen options—one was effective but pricey, while another didn’t do a thing. After using this for a little over a month, I can see my nails are in way better shape, and my skin feels smoother. Another plus is that my joints hurt less, which is a huge win.
